This collection of videos highlights the life of First Presbyterian Church Spartanburg in the early 1950's. As you watch along, you'll be able to sit in on different classes and study groups, as well as a peek at a Sunday worship service, the way it was at a moment in time.

Our chapel is always open, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, rain or shine. With its exquisite architecture and breathtaking stained glass windows, it is truly a sight to behold. To be able to witness our chapel is a gift, one of which we have the men in this video to thank. Watch this footage from 1954, when the ground was first broken, and the first bricks of our chapel were laid down.

If you find yourself within a five mile radius of our church, then you have certainly heard our Sesquicentennial Church Bells. They were first installed on September 8, 1996, and ever since then, they ring out their beautiful song every hour, on the hour. This video captures the labor of love that went into installing our church bells, as well as their very first chime.

Many Thanks to E. L. "Sandy" Sanders for providing us with a DVD that contained these videos.
