CAST (Care. Accept. Share. Teach.)

CAST stands for Care, Accept, Share, Teach

This is a ministry for children and families living permanently in motel rooms and was adopted as a mission of FPC in May 2015. Begun in response to scores of children having only a parking lot for a playground and a television set for entertainment, the program provides three week long day-camps for "motel kids" each summer.

Additionally, the children and their parents are offered mentoring and enrichment opportunities at other times throughout the year. Children receive school supplies, new shoes twice per year and winter coats.
