Next Week at FPC (August 19, 2022)

Dear Fellow Disciples in Christ,

This week we welcome our Weekday School students back for another great year of social, academic, spiritual, and physical growth. It is always wonderful to see the first floor of our Clark Building come alive again after being quiet during the week over the summer. I’m sure there will be lots of laughter and fun, and maybe a few tears from children and parents this first week. Please join me in praying for our wonderful Weekday School staff, the children, and their families as we begin a new year at the Weekday School! (And don’t forget to get your taco kit!)

Blessings and peace,
Rev. L. Craig Foster
Associate Pastor for Discipleship and Communications

THIS WEEK
Young Men’s Bible Study Beginning August 22
Beginning this Monday, August 22, young men of the church and community are invited to a weekly Bible Study, led by Rev. Alan Dyer. This study will meet each Monday, 12:00-1:00pm, in the Large Private Dining Room located in the Family Life Center. This is a great opportunity for fellowship, prayer, and learning with other men in their 20s/30s/40s.
We will kick off with a study of The Beatitudes from the Gospel of Matthew.
To help us prepare, please let us know you are coming by registering HERE.
We will provide lunch the first day, but if you would rather bring your own, just let us know that, too!
